Not really. This course is focused on helping teenagers improve their General English. We do use topics relevant to what they study at school or college but we do not focus on academic content or homework in class. If you would like your child to study academic English, you will need to choose a private course.
We have flexible terms when it comes to study duration (1-26 weeks). However, most parents choose one of the following options:
-> 4 weeks (AED1,060)
-> 8 weeks (AED1,900)
-> 12 weeks (AED2,700)
The time and days will depend on your child's English level so we will need to a level test before confirming. We below the 2 option available depedning on their English level:
-> Sunday & Tuesdays from 4:00pm to 5:30pm - A2.2-B1.1 Group (Strong Elementary to Pre-intermediate in one group)
-> Monday & Wednesdays from 4pm to 5:30pm - B1.2-B2.1 Group (Intermediate to Upper Intermediate in one group)
Unfortunately no, this will not be possible. Students needs to have at least a strong elementary level to join our General English courses for teenagers. Beginners will need to study in private tuition until their English reaches the level required to enter a group.
The maximum number of students we allow in each is 10. However, depending on the time of year, this can vary between 3 and 10 students. On average, we have 7 students per group.
