These guidelines ensure that all students can learn in a respectful, focused, and supportive environment. Certificates & Reports

At the end of your course, you can receive a certificate or progress report. Certificates are delivered automatically through our online platform once you complete your end-of-level assessment. If you’d like to take the assessment and move to the next level, please speak to your teacher to schedule it. For full details, click the link below.

Course Break & Extension

If you’d like to extend your course, please visit reception and speak to one of our student coordinators — we’re happy to help you continue your learning journey. If you plan to take a break from your course, you must inform reception at least one week in advance to avoid losing any classes.
