His focus area has been in the English IGCSE Curriculum Classroom based learning, in class and on-line, as well as the American English Curriculum Classroom based learning, in class and on-line. Jacques also spent time at a British International Distance Centre, part time teaching Cambridge International AS & A Levels English Language, as well as Cambridge IGCSE English First Language. Having spent many years in leadership roles within training and education companies and having completed his Management Development Programme Diploma through the University of South Africa School of Business Leadership, he thrives in teaching Business English and Business Studies as a subject. Jacques is an avid sports person and believes that his drive to succeed both in work and sport simultaneously allows him to bond with his students on a new level.

In the UK Stephanie specialised & taught SEN secondary school students of all abilities & ALN (additional learner needs) in the UAE to primary school age students. With over 19 years of teaching experience it is Patricia’s goal to combine her range of experience with her ability to be a compassionate and enthusiastic teacher. She has taught a diverse group of students, and as a result, has developed highly effective teaching techniques and instructional methods, which have allowed her to educate all levels of learners and foster a fun, engaging and positive learning environment. Within her career she has had leadership experience and has been involved in planning and development of the curriculum, as well as daily staff and student management. One of Patricia’s greatest strengths as an educator is meeting each student’s unique needs and developing a personal understanding of each one of them. She is able to achieve this by assessing her students as individuals and tailoring lesson plans to accommodate multiple intelligences. Furthermore, she ensures that all her students are able to grasp learning concepts and enhance their personal skills by providing learning centres, hands-on and fun activities. She utilises these strategies to introduce new concepts by establishing a connection between the classroom and every day life and foster and engaging learning environment.
Pauline has over 25 years experience as an educator and has worked in the UAE, Oman, France and Spain teaching English to students of all ages and backgrounds. She has also worked as a teacher-trainer, preparing student-teachers to become Early Childhood or Primary school teachers, Head of the English department and Programme Coordinator. Pauline sees the role of a tutor as that of a guide and facilitator, helping students achieve their academic goals. When students are able to achieve the freedom and confidence to work independently they can then use what they know to understand new concepts, they take risks and they relish the feeling of mastering something they once found daunting and difficult. Giacomo has a strong background in Science and Maths and has an excellent rapport with students. Louise is a high-level educator and literacy specialist.
